About Ms. Gunning (ME)
Hey all my fun sixth graders and parents. I am currently teaching math and science. The past several years I have been teaching social studies and science. I have been teaching at Elkins Pointe now for four years. I am currently working on my master in education at Georgia State University. I also have a daughter, Jazlyn, that will be two on December 30th. Jazlyn is my rush to get home everyday! I love kids. I also love to have fun while learning. I think that we remember things that are applicable to our own lives. We will follow the curriculum for that the county provides, but we will learn in ways that are important to us!
I know that math is a hated subject by many students. I want to make sure that I keep that from happening to you this year!
